Objective:
My objective is to pursue a career in Land Surveying, Geographic Information Systems and mapping. I was first interested
in surveying my senior year of high school, while taking a CAD class. In this I looked up what Civil Engineers jobs entailed,
and part of what was listed was Surveying. Since then I have been gearing everything in my education towards that.
Experience:
For the past four summers I have been working at Prein and Newhof (http://www.preinnewhof.com) as a surveyor. I have completed many
mortgage surveys, lot surveys, road repair and construction, are among some of the few different
types of work I've done.
Before that I held a few filler jobs that aren't worth mentioning, besides a position that I held for three summers,
during high school at Personal Watercraft Repair. Where I built, repaired, and maintained personal watercrafts.
Education:
I first began my pursuit of a Professional Surveyor
in 2002, at
Community College to complete my
general education courses. And I am now currently back at
Associates Degree in Surveying. To
